of the COMMITTEE OF SECRETARIES OF THE SECURITY COUNCILS
of the COLLECTIVE SECURITY TREATY ORGANIZATION

on creation under the Committee of Secretaries of the Security Councilsof the Collective Security Treaty Organizationworking groups of experts on the issues of fight against terrorism and illegal migration

    

TheCommittee of Secretaries of the Security Councils of the Collective Security Treaty Organization,

in order to develop coordinated measures to counter current threats and challenges to collective security, to eliminate overlap and duplication in the work of integration structures in the post-Soviet space,

guided by paragraph 15 of the Regulation on the Committee of Secretaries of the Security Councils of the Collective Security Treaty Organization 

Decided:

1. To create a working group of experts on counterterrorism and extremism under the Committee of Secretaries of the Security Councils of the Collective Security Treaty Organization; an expert working group on countering illegal migration.

2. Within one month, the secretaries of Security Councils must submit nominations from the apparatuses of national security councils and expert representatives of interested ministries and departments of the CSTO member states for their inclusion in expert groups.

3. The organization of the work of expert groups is assigned to the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.

4. The CSTO Secretary General, together with the apparatus of the security councils of the Organization member states, to develop documents regulating the activities of expert working groups and submit them for approval by the CSSC in the prescribed manner.
